I had run a very successful construction company with my former husband for many years in Sydney. When I cut ties there I was absolutely burned out but was also at a stage where It was time to carve out a new life for myself. Since finding this business I have not looked back. Flexibility and portability were key for me as I wanted to be able to travel back to Ireland to my family when I decided to but I also wanted the opportunity to earn a high level income. I achieved that within my first year, in part time hours & my income has increased each year since then. A bit about me...
I'm a Scot, my husband is Australian, I have two wonderful step daughters, Lauren and Kristen. Two beautiful grandchildren, Harrison and Emily.
For as long as I can remember I have always had an aspiration to explore the world and experience the wonderful cultures, sights and people that it has to offer. As I have grown older, spending time with family has become increasingly important and combining my love of travel and family is my perfect combination.
This business has allowed me to indulge this desire.
I have had the fortune to travel and live in the UK, US, Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, and now Australia.
I love to work with woman and men that are self-motivated and driven to create a life that they desire by pushing beyond the status quo.
We have just returned from a fabulous couple of weeks travelling around a remote area of PNG. Fabulous.

Having always had an interest in Personal Development and a belief that as long as we take action we can achieve whatever it is we wish for, I simply put it out there that I wanted to continue to make a difference, working where and when I wanted, whilst achieving a similar or greater level of income. After 25 years in the corporate world as a successful HR Director, I was tired and burnt out, the long hours, commute and ever changing CEO's had taken their toll.
7 years ago, we began to move around the world with my husband's job and I came to the conclusion I no longer wanted to be tied to working for someone else; I desired the freedom and flexibility to enjoy our new life, whilst still being productive and financially independent.
So I went into business on my own, in areas I love; coaching, culture change and leadership. However, I found to achieve the financial results that I longed for, I was back working longer hours and with greater stress. It also meant that as we moved countries I had to begin all over again, with no support or others to fall back on. It was at this point I decided there had to be another way!
